The old liquidity-well staking UI (/stake with the chessboard and wells map) is gone. Every/dao route redirects to home — the DAO surface is temporarily offline pending governance redesign. The legacy GovAdapter at 0x536e9D…F2Cd is no longer the source of truth.

The portal no longer links anywhere to taifoon.io. The taifoon.dev infra (RPC, API endpoints) remains the live backend; what changed is the framing — t3rn is the consumer-facing smart-contract hub, taifoon is the runtime layer behind it.

The 2026-05-11 incident drained genesis-allocated TRN held in EOAs. We responded by:

1. Retiring the buggy legacy GovAdapter stack (double-mint on the t3rn-chain native path, non-event-emitting mint on Arbitrum).
2. Writing GovStakingV2 from scratch in ~440 lines, OZ 4.9, single mint on stake, non-transferable govTRN, halt-gates-stake-not-unstake.
3. Deploying via a fresh sealed enclave key (the prior deployer was compromised).
4. Cross-chain holder snapshot via mint-event scanning + Arbiscan canonical export to close a 175k govTRN gap via BatchDropCaller.
5. Migrating all 263 enumerable holders without action required from them.
6. Verifying the burn-on-redemption invariant across 256-run fuzz + 286-holder mainnet-scale test.

Total mainnet spend for full deploy + migration + gap close: ~$1.60.

• Treasury seeding of backing TRN (target 305k+) before migrated holders can unstake.
• Rewards emission turn-on at target rate (~100k TRN/year across all stakers).
• Ownership transfer from the sealed enclave key to a Safe multisig.
• Migration sealing once gap-holder claims stabilise.
• DAO surface redesigned + relaunched.
